When you register for or attend our events (including the Level Up Summit, workshops, masterclasses, retreats, webinars, and other gatherings), we may collect: (a) registration information; (b) dietary restrictions and accessibility needs; (c) emergency contact information; (d) photographs, video, and audio recordings of your attendance and participation; (e) testimonials and feedback; and (f) any content you share during sessions, networking, or community interactions.

Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications related to your purchases, account, or event registrations.

8.2 Deletion.
