Now, as founder of Pretty Damn Ambitious™, she helps ambitious women build profitable businesses through her Joyful Ambition™ framework. Her work has been featured in Essence, Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Fast Company. She is a former Forbes Business Council member.

- 2023Navigated 18 months of her husband’s medical crisis, A-fib, blood clot, aneurysm, open heart surgery, and recovery with no business timeline, while running two businesses simultaneously. The Dual Seasons model and Three R’s framework were built and tested in that season.
